About the Founder – Harihar Kumar
At just 23 years of age, Harihar Kumar is not just the Founder of Targetfin Consulting Private Limited — he is the symbol of what determination, discipline, and unbreakable willpower can create, even when someone starts from nothing.
He comes from a small village in a jungle area, a place where dreams are usually limited by lack of resources, exposure, and opportunities. His father ran a small shop, and with his hard work, honesty, and sacrifices, he made sure that his son could go to school and dream bigger than their circumstances.
Harihar grew up watching struggle every single day. He learned very early in life that:
“Nothing is guaranteed in life, except the result of hard work.”
Built by Discipline, Not by Comfort
Before business, before success, before titles — his life was shaped by discipline.
He earned the NCC C Certificate (Alpha Grade) and became a National Level Rifle Shooting Player. Shooting taught him something that later became the foundation of his business mindset
